TAKE OFF THE KIDS GLOVES!!! The O-line is trash in pass blocking, get in shotgun and take a few shots! Your top WR's run 4.3, 4.3, 4.4, and are all well over 6'. Can we please get some of the action away from the line of scrimmage and force teams to play back.
One of the worst called games I’ve ever seen No creativity whatsoever...handcuffing the QB...running when the whole world knew you were running multiple times... Basically the no balls offense...doesn’t win in this league
Even if we don't connect on a few deep shots at least the threat will give a bit of doubt. I know it's got to be tough trying to account for that dreadful o-line but for fucks sake. Two weeks running now that we were forced into throwing to catch up and what do you know even when the D knows it's coming there's production. This coaching staff coaches scared and overly conservative, like they had something to lose. LOL It is NOT the staff to develop this young QB

Stretch run, counter, WR bubble screen, inside run, stretch run, WR bubble screen. The only reason why this worked for past Jets offenses was Curtis My Favorite Martin. And, we don’t have anyone who can just fall forward for five yards anymore. The play calling has to change. Bates didn’t really attack the middle of the field or deep along the sidelines. (Or Darnold didn’t go to those routes, which we won’t know till we get an A22 view.) Either way, not Bates’ best work.
I'm starting to wonder if Bate modified Morton's playbook by accidentally deleting the >20 yard page.
