Here is exactly what the rep wrote me however, in person she did not make you feel appreciated for being a season ticket holder.... "Thank you for reaching out and thank you for your feedback. Because of timing I was unable to have clearance to walk out on the field because the players were then coming off of the field. All experiences could be subject to change because of timing as I apologize that your son was disappointed. Thank you again for the feedback. Natasha" I am not sure what the players have to do with coming off the field? We signed up to see the players moving on and off the field. There was only 4 people with this experience, not like there was 100 people there. Please keep us posted how your event goes.
We had the breakfast on Sunday too and expected to go on the field. We tried to keep busy around stadium after we left the breakfast, but nothing was open yet. The store was even closed. Wound up going back to the car for a while, but had no tailgating supplies.
Thanks to those concerned about the changes to the pre-game breakfast. My wife and I did that last year and were on the field. We got lucky and were able to stay on the field longer as our account rep was down there and she spotted us. We spent probably another 30 minutes there until she told us that we really needed to go so she walked us out. Nice perk and got Leo to sign my cap!
My personal favorites are VIP passes for training camp and for the Green and White Game. Those are great if you are looking to get things signed as we did. Even managed to get my Darnold jersey signed too!
I know Natasha and have dealt with her several times at training camp at the VIP check in desk. She's not all that nice in person either.
We did the player tunnel with points on Sunday. That was fun and well worth it. I managed to get some very cool pictures as well. Highly recommended.
Someone has to watch post game in sny I have to hit the hay up at 3:30 Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
