Actually, it gives them both cover until the end of their extensions.

The Jets know Taylor & Landry from their days in the AFC East.

Before the loss to Miami this looked like the classic trap game before playing Jacksonville.

Not now. The Jets should be on point for this game I think. Will it be easy? Probably not but they should win the game. I find it hard to believe Vegas would risk making a 0-18 team a favorite against the Jets. The Jets annihilated Detrt in week 1 then lost a low scoring game at home the Jets had oportunities to beat Miami it's not like they got blown out.

Oakland is on Cleveland's level I think thhey'll be the streak busters. A battle of two of the league's 21st century doormats.

    WHO WANTS IT MORE?!!!!!! Lmao

We tried to give the Browns a win last year - but they refused to take it. Honestly there is no predicting this game without going to extremes.

Believe it. Every Vegas sports book has made the Browns 3 point favorites, as have all of the offshore books.

The league is averaging one a week, so why not.

No mandate doesn’t necessarily mean Bowls can’t be fired. Losing games like yesterday can’t be excused because Darnolds a rookie. They set Darnold up to fail.

Not sure losing a bunch of one score games would do it, unless it’s like 13 one score games.

...Give up a turnover to put it out of reach?

    or

...have good field position, move the ball well but run out of time?

I said it with more words in the Todd Bowles thread, but if Bowles likes his job here he will find a way to get a win on Thursday night.

Even though it’s the Browns it’s a pretty tough game

They’re solid this year (playing even with Steelers and Saints) and going on the road on Thursday night with a rookie QB is a huge disadvantage

We have a decent chance but the sky isn’t falling if we lose....I just don’t want to see everyone freak out because “we lost to the Browns”...it’s a tricky spot

Did you see some of the posts or threads here after we lost to Miami? This place is going to implode if we lose o Cleveland.

I wish the mods could put some sort of 24 hour rule on certain people after the game because some of the posts are absolute garbage.

I thought it was their players didn't throw INT's in scoring position, or drop passes in critical down and distance situations. So you're saying it was a setup? I love conspiracy theories.

They very well might be. However, considering how bad we played, we were legitimately a few plays here or there from turning that game around. I am not as worried about Cleveland as most because I don't think we are truly as bad as what we saw on Sunday vs Miami. What I am worried about is Bates allowing Sam to be sitting in the pocket like a statue and letting Garrett and the boys tee off on his. Bates needs to come out with a lot of screens and plays that allow Sam to roll out and move the pocket around so that defensive front for Cleveland needs to work all game.

The Jets are playing a team that has won only 1 game in their last 37 games and they are underdogs.

If that’s not “bulletin board material” idk what is..
