Man I can just feel it in the air. I have to keep telling myself I'm only interested in seeing Sam progress this year. Sent from my SM-G960U using Tapatalk
The Miami CS was playing the field position game from the beginning of the game. They did not want the jets to pin them deep so they made a concert d effort to give their punter a chance to keep Jets pinned deep. I don’t think the Browns CS is going to think or strategize the same way, if they watch the tape of Jets and Miami it’s only to see what worked and what adjustments were made by Jets. Cleveland will see the jets had enough chances in the game to put Miami away and swing the momentum in favor of the jets. Bottom line is this, jets need to capitalize on their chances against the Browns. I believe they need to give Bilal Powell 20 carries and lighten the load on Darnold to maybe 30 attempts. It will be close but I believe Jets will pull this one out. 24-20
I sure hope you're right. I agree with the browns not really having a strategy. HJ is easily one of the worst coaches Sent from my SM-G960U using Tapatalk
The browns definitely have some ballers. This game scares the shit out of me. Soul crushing Sent from my SM-G960U using Tapatalk
wouldn't surprise if the Jets pull this one out - these are the Jets we're talking about here, it shouldn't surprise anyone.
Just a general observation. I know this does not necessarily equate: I live near Tampa...Buccaneers put up 40 on New Orleans and the Browns scored around 20 if you count the missed extra points and field goals...along with that crazy last second td, on what was obviously broken coverage. Clevelands offense does not scare me...the defense does...so imo our defense has to get turnovers and short fields and hopefully with the return of Maye, that can be accomplished..
I agree with you on it looks as hard as Miami going in. The Browns pass rush is even better and they could easily be 2-0 on the year. I'm not very hopeful.
Hopefully they don't come out exactly like they did against the lions. We dont need a pick 6 to open the game.
The Browns actually have a lot of talent. Arguably much more than we do. Still, I don't feel it. They passed on Darnold for Mayfield and are starting Tyrod Taylor. That says they're still a dumpster fire.
Losing to the browns would be the worst thing in the world. Not due to a loss, I have zero expectations of winning anything this year but just being known as the team the browns broke their losing streak would be a stank that wouldn't wash off until midway next season.
This is like reading an ad for Zoloft. You can't be a fan and feel nothing. Get off the Zoloft and grow a pair. Try cutting yourself. If you're not at least contemplating suicide after a loss to the Dolphins you're not a real fan. We are beating the Browns. Pain is part of life. Feel it and move on.
Yup. And since its thursday night we will be the talk of the league. The team that finally lost to the Browns after 2 years. It's gonna suck. And the thing is that it's not even going to be an upset. The Browns are better
They have no mandate to make the playoffs. Starting rookie Darnold gives him (& the rest of this regime) a built in excuse for another non-playoff season.
