That’s not true, some linebackers can cover. Some linebackers can fill the hole in the running game too, some linebackers actually tackle ball carriers within 5 yards, some linebackers know the right angles to limit yardage, etc., etc.. Sharon Lee is not like those linebackers at all. He sucks ass and is the biggest weakness on that whole defense

The league average passer rating surrendered by a LB this season was 102.5 thats 2016 from PFF. getting mad that a ILB sucks at coverage is like getting mad that a lineman drops an INT. makes no sense. here is form PFF in the bills game last year he was the highest graded player for the jets in a game we won 34 to 21. that doens't fit in with your theory though huh? He's far from perfect but he's only been in the NFL 2 years and hasn't had much help either (our LBers have been overall bad the past few years) and was also the best player we could have gotten in the 1st round as everyone picked after him sucks save for 2 WRs that are just good. So he's hardly an issue on our team and it wasn't a bad pick but go ahead and call him sharon (pretty sexist IMO) one more time and maybe people will agree with you

Playing coverage is hard. It's why teams stopped using LB's and are using more safeties to cover these TE's. Lee is more then fine...he of course is nowhere near perfect but he does a solid job.
Ha! He ended the season/and his career with us playing only 7 games and still was tied for the most INTs for our defense
Lol I also find it comical that Kerryon Johnson has been buried in their depth chart. He has worlds more potential than the other garbage runningbacks the Lions have. Oh well I guess we stand to benefit.

PFF grade should be sick... The defense has looked studly. It is the Lions...but to do this on the road is amazing.
