    Only guy gone so far is Hack. Lang Edwards, Jenkins, Shell and Lee are starters. Burris on the bubble.

    Clive Walford gone. That sucks. I would have kept him over any TE not named Herndon.

    Walford was nice, but I thought Sterling had a solid preseason. Looks like Tomlinson survives

    Sterling is a good pass catcher. I think Walford was a way better all around TE. I think he was the #1 blocking TE in the league this preseason going off PFF metrics.

    Yeah I think this was one of the tougher decisions for this regime. Per PFF, Sterling was one of the higher rated TEs in the preseason in terms of catching the football.

    Sterling was easily our best TE this preseason imo..
    I think he will play a big part in this offense.

    Sterling's emergence led to Walford being cut. He's IMO the best athlete out of the TE's. Sucks for Walford because I felt he was the overall best TE in preseason. I didn't see enough of Herndon or Leggett but their youth gave them a chance.

    Like the Jets, I have high hopes for Herndon & Leggett, we'll see when they are both 100%. I know both had injury issues during camp & pre season.

    2015 was pretty bad, but it was his first one and with Idzik's scouting department. 2016 has 3 starters on the team: Lee, Jenkins, and Shell. Not world beaters by any means, but they had later picks that year so I would say that it was somewhat successful.
