SOJ Party is voting early. Those young optimist must still be waking up in their last week of summer vacation.
I think you'd have to be a pretty big Homer (ie DWC) to realistically predict a record of better than 8-8. Not saying it can't happen and I hope it does, but every little thing would have to break in our favor IMO.
Prescott came in to a team poised to make the playoffs. Similar to Sanchez. I don’t think this team is set up for that kind of success year 1. i hope so, just don’t think so.
Aaron maybin was the last olb to lead the jets in sacks with 6 . That’s a how pathetic out pass rush has been
Yes... 25th... meaning there are only a handful of team with an easier schedule. Thanks for confirming.
Okay dude... you said it was a tough schedule. It clearly isn't. Sometimes it's just best for people to admit they were mistaken.
Of course, you'd never cross-reference strength of schedule vs strength of roster would you? In any case, you are getting dangerously close to your 2018 quota for posting - maybe come back in November and give us some more insight, huh?
I get that ... not trying to pick a fight here but this one dives in a little deeper than opponents record from last year and has Jets ranked 6th easiest path to the Superbowl. https://www.cbssports.com/nfl/news/...owl-53-ranking-the-path-for-all-32-nfl-teams/
He must be young. I was optimistic in all my years of being a fan since 1995 I finally learned my lesson it took a while so I can't blame him.
This is so incredibly true ... I think I turned to the dark side right around the year of the butt fumble.
heck I was optimistic going into 97 after our one lonely win in 96 where Adrian Murrell toasted the cards on a huge 80 yard TD run
Just goes to show you what a good coach can do... 1-15 to AFC championship game in 2 years. Of course you could argue Tuna cost us the playoffs in '97 will that bone headed half back option play vs Detroit the final week of the season.
