Becht runs multiple summer HS football camps and has for many years for good money. Big camp fees, blue chip recruits, big celeb NFL players at multiple locations. IK ran a youth camp in his dirt poor hometown for virtually no fees, one week, whatever a parent could afford, one location, basically a charity deal for his community. One headliner a year. Geno fucked him, he was his one headliner that IK sold to his town. Geno agreed to appear but made IK pay for his flight and limo service to the event. $600. Geno cancelled but not in advance, no apology. One of Geno’s handlers called IK AFTER the event had started saying Geno wasn’t coming. Some bullshit about his brother being in a motorcycle accident, being on his deathbed, which was total bullshit. Geno just punked out on him. His one marquee attraction was a no-show and IK was embarrassed in front of his community and had to make excuses. Again, these were 8-12 year olds (i May have that wrong) who just wanted to meet an NFL QB. Not blue chip prospects. Kids. IK told Geno to pay him the $600 but it was really more than that. It was being embarrassed in front of his community. When Geno mouthed off about “what you gonna do, fuck off” IK rightfully punched the shit out of him. Becht dismissed all the backstory and blasted IK because, in his mega-camp world, with 100 top HS football recruits with multiple NFL stars visiting camp, you lose a celeb, no big deal, next man up, someone else takes his place and you move on. Said IK was being unprofessional. And I can’t blame IK. He HAD no other celeb, Geno was his headliner for a stupid little community camp, not a big multi-venue big money football camp. Becht was a dick and sent out a bunch of shitty tweets dumping on IK when he should have been dumping on that punk POS Geno. I may be off on some of my “stats” but directionally that was the story. Fuck Geno. He deserved to have his face busted. Punk ass POS.
