For sure - take a look at threads talking about how the Jets are going to finish at least 9-7. Various people have definitely been saying the offense is noticeably improved. To my mind, the biggest reason why I don't see it is that I think that there is an excellent chance that the QB play will be noticeably worse than it was last year - not because Darnold isn't better than McCown (he is), but McCown had a career year that would be tough for a rookie to match.
Can we maybe get these plays in a bit quicker. Why the fuck does every play need to be snapped at 1 or 0. HURRY IT UP
I'd love to see a deep ball or two but I don't know if the line will protect him long enough or if anyone can get open deep.
I guess its not earth shattering but one thing I like so far is that Crowell (who I was not all that excited about getting at the time) seems a lot more agile and shifty than I ever noticed when he was with Cleveland. He is starting to win me over.
