I personally do not, but I just ventured over to "Jet Nation", and they have way more activity than we do over here. Their Jets message board has 2,407,342 posts while ours has 1,695,428. Any members here do both?

To give a true gauge you would have to go back through all the reboots of the board, just a quick look shows they have an extra year of posting, Feb 2005 to the Feb 2006 version of this board, they also have fewer sub forums. But mainly they are just the syphilis infested, ugly cousin of this site which is the reason I stay here.
When I joined in 2004, I looked at a couple other sites. TGG was the best then and it is still the best now. As the saying goes: If it ain't broke, don't fix it!
Love the layout of this board because it has a nice 2K simplicity feel to it. I don't need a million graphics popping out at me and all sorts of eye candy, I just need content. I feel most people come back for content and discussions and that's why this forum has been so successful, imho. I think a lot of the other boards were formed by people who were banned on here and they moved their cliques to these new forums. These cliques would bully people and sometimes it was funny and sometimes not. I understand why they're no longer here though. I think a lot of them die out or have the same 5 people posting because if you are not one of the cool kids you are not welcome.
Seriously. I, at the very least, check this board out everyday. Usually a few times a day. I definitely wouldn't have the time or the desire to check out other boards. Plus, I love it here.
this is the only sports forum i've joined. watching the butt fumble on turkey day five years ago along with that i had recently moved to the NYC area is what got me to register here. i am on plenty of other phpbb forums, usually dodge truck, motorcycle, pr0n, or video gaming related, where i do about the same as here, just posting in the off topic areas since i only passively read the serious discussions
