Ummm... Kap did specifically say "Rogue Cops".. sounds like he differentiated between Rogue Cops and Good Cops. Not all Cops are big bad racists from a bygone era. Black lives matter the organization has nothing to do with black lives matter. It talks about the dissolution of the traditional family and a whole bunch of other nonsense that makes no sense. It's not like their website talks about protecting young black kids against murderous, racist cops?
