Colts fans reallly like him based on their very angry reaction to this trade, he doesn't fit their scheme so maybe he fits ours , I don't like D Line early in draft but I like it for a late rounder, good trade
I don't care how good he is. He started half the season for a pro team, and we got him for a 7. I'm assuming, at worst, it's good depth.
I think Mac's plan is to put all his defensive lineman in a nuclear reactor and fuse them into offensive linemen. It's the only explanation that makes sense.
I dunno, but does anyone have a clue if Mac had a stroke in the 5th round? It is like he didn't want a 5th round pick. https://www.ganggreennation.com/201...own-from-167th-overall-pick-in-2018-nfl-draft I don't understand what Mac is thinking. It looks like maybe the Jets original 5th round pick was traded to SF, who in turn traded it to NE. I guess that was for that CB we got last year from SF. Then the Jets had the Cowboys pick (#20) and traded it to Minnesota. How did we get the Cowboys' 5th round pick? Then the Jets had the Vikings 5th round pick (#30) and evidently gave it back to them and now don't have a 5th round pick at all. WTF? Tyrell Crosby, Scott Quessenberry Ogbo Okoronkwo, Troy Fumagalli, Tyler Conklin, Jaylen Samuels, Natrell Jamerson (who is supposed to be a real STs demon) were all available in the 5th round. Hopefully, there's a reasonable explanation for all of this.
Parry Nickerson https://www.nfl.com/prospects/parry-nickerson?id=32462018-0002-5602-3562-0e03f4de4e49
Nickerson is good, the DT is moronic especially after trading for one with some offensive weapons on the board
http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2018/04/28/colts-trade-henry-anderson-to-the-jets/ The Colts want more lottery tickets, and are willing to trade spare parts for them. The Colts annouced they had dealt defensive lineman Henry Anderson to the Jets in exchange for a seventh-round pick (235th overall). Anderson, a former third-round pick, has been plagued by injuries throughout his three years. From an ACL tear as a rookie to last year’s laryngeal fracture. He’s played in 29 of a possible 48 games. He was a better fit in their old 3-4 than their new 4-3 defense, and had lost weight this offseason to fit in better. Now, he’ll have a chance at a fresh start in a more familiar scheme. http://www.nfl.com/player/henryanderson/2552272/profile
Has there ever been a team EVER who drafted our future at QB (we pray) and not even drafted a single offensive lineman in the same draft !?!?!?!?!
