This interview is the most interesting and revealing of who Josh Rosen actually is that I have seen or read. I highly recommend that you take the time to read it.

I love the QB Josh Rosen, but he does come off as a bit "Jerkish". I understand that he means well and is interested in doing good things, but his attitude just seems different than a confident QB.

Where do you stand in regards to Josh Rosen's personality? Again, I love him for his abilities, but I do worry that a NFL vet of 10 years who is trying to keep his job might be rubbed the wrong way by this rich white kid who is opinionated.

To the Mods, I understand that this is draft talk, but we are also about two weeks removed from the draft. If you believe it shouldn't be in the main thread, my apologies.

Thanks for posting. He is an interesting, intelligent and thoughtful kid. Still a very young kid and lost in his own world but I was impressed by his thoughtfulness, empathy and caring for others.

I thought it was a great read. I think he's the safest QB in this draft, and a potential top 5 QB in this league.

That was a good read. Some people will say he's "controversial".... I found that a bit refreshing, but yes, it's a double edged sword that could backfire. Fukit... swing for the fences

    Thanks

EDIT: also, people caught up with the "other interests" bullshit.... Well, what better place than NYC to keep a kid like that "stimulated"?

Honestly I can relate to Rosen on a personal level more than any other QB in this class. Jim Mora is right, if he applies himself to his career, he can be great. The key word here is IF. Intelligence, self awareness, empathy, etc are all great traits for an individual to posses. Rosen has to be more than a great individual at the NFL level, he needs to be the leader of his pack. Anything he said in this article is a good reflection of him, but doesn't tell us whether his teammates will bleed for him. It will be interesting to watch his career progression, and whether he can translate his innate strengths to NFL success.

I agree, that is why I voted Yes. I don't get the sense that his team will fight for him.

Not a bit. Edit, that was in response to the poll question not the thread title.

Why is his jersey number backwards in that article! It matches his big Jewish nose! No, I'm not dyslexic!

Not sure what you got your boxers in a bunch! Scratch your balls for relief, it might make you feel better! Try reading Hebrew and tell me how that dyslexia thing works out!

You indicate a history of "people not knowing parody when they see it". Have you reflected for a moment that maybe your "parody" is poorly executed and ill advised?

If you have to tell somebody something was a joke...it probably wasn't a very good one.

There's nothing wrong with having nothing to say as long as you don't insist on saying it.

One more for the ignore pile.

"OK, my family isn't, like, stupid-wealthy." The use of the word 'like' raises a million red flags.

Not ill-advised at all. I'm Jewish by osmosis. You know nothing about me or the colorful background of mine that is probably a million times more colorful than yours. People are so overly sensitive, it's pathetic. I've said it a million times, if people learned to laugh at themselves more and embrace their differences, things would improve DRAMATICALLY. PC is the worst, and isn't doing anyone any favors. It was light-hearted humor, and if you can't recognize true hate, I feel sorry for you. Ignore away.
