I watched his pro day, he's got a cannon for a arm, looked good, I'm impressed.

Not for nothing there are way more obvious comparisons to awful QBs than there are Hall of Famers.

If you count dropping to 3 as a Rodgers like drop! ;)

Listen..the kid looks like a sleeper pick..Coached by same guy who developed Wentz..if Mac knows he is a lot more NFL Ready than WE think then it upsets the entire apple cart of the Rosen/Mayfield sure thing

And I am STILL on the SURE Thing option if say we get Rosen or Mayfield..but I am slowly warming up to Allen if we pick him..but he's not as instant a starter as Wentz was

ROSEN .. is NFL ready And of course Mayfield has better college experience..but if the Jets could afford YEARS of QB development Allen is head and shoulders over Hack and Petty as a project..much higher ceiling

Wow...we are definitely getting a QB that's GOOD ..FINALLY

The closer decision day comes the more I have to be at peace for the pick here..I'll SUPPORT Whoever it is

Allen looked really good to me today and at the combine and at the Senior Bowl. I would have no problem with the Jets taking him. I just wouldn't want him playing in 2018 since many say he needs time to develop. I say let him. No rush.

The Browns are scouting Darnold for the #1 pick and Allen for the #4.

They really want to know if they can take Saquon Barkley #1 and get away with it.

My gosh brad, could you imagine how awesome that would be for them, guaranteeing themselves a FQB and then turning around and trading one of them for more picks?

If I were a browns fan, I would be so on board with this move and they still have multiple second rounders to shore up any holes.

I was impressed with his footwork today--that's a big part of accuracy. Can he keep that up in pads with DEs chasing him? If YES, go get this beast! If NO, take somebody else!

It’s hard to have bad footwork against air throwing to receivers you’re comfortable with in a controlled environment. Combine and pro day warriors that don’t have great collegiate careers rarely are great.

Allen getting better and better. Can just imagine him throwing deep to Robby and Pryor. I think Allen's closer to being a productive starter than most people think. He can sit a few games and then start mid-way his first season. His floor is rookie season Roethlisberger combined with poor running tendencies. His ceiling is Carson Wentz/Aaron Rodgers. Allen doesn't play scared.

Again, nothing this time of year means anything, but I love this quote more than anything I’ve seen all year.

“Interestingly, during NFL Network's coverage of the pro day, Daniel Jeremiah stated "I've never heard Josh Allen associated with the Jets ever. You hear them with Josh Rosen and Baker Mayfield." That's quite the tidbit.”

He hasn’t? I feel like almost every Jets reporter has linked them to Allen unless he means his own sources.

His floor is most definitely not a 1.5:1 TD:INT ratio and a Super Bowl appearance.

He means they are deciding if they want Barkley at #1 and Allen at #4 or if they will take Darnold at #1. It would be insane to draft QB's at #1 and #4 but pretty entertaining if the Browns did that. :D
