Yep But that still doesn't change the way he..thinks..... even if he gets kicked out he can relax for 12 months at the Country Club Hmmm ..and if he knows W Buffet and travels in those circles I am sure he is unconcerned about $ as an incentive
I guess Jay Ajay and Jarvis Landry suck too? Tanny burried the Dolphins in cap hell and they couldn't afford him. If they could, he would still be there.
Possibly. or he realizes he has to earn his money from now on and can't rest on his past laurels and shape's up. He was still a beast in MIA even without the sack numbers. just wasn't worth the crazy money they were paying him and they were out of cap room
Total beast against the run. Commands double teams. Reminds me a little of Kris Jenkins in terms of how difficult he is to run block. Can play pretty much any technique along the Dline in base and subpackages. I heard Bowles called to sell him on how he'd be utilized here. Gotta convince him it won't all be two gapping..
Totally agree!! Macc has brought in young FAs to win in 2 yrs+, snapping TB in half is ONLY reason I would sign him...
Yeah. Because that’s what I think of when I think about the Dolphins defense the last few years. Didn’t we just get rid of an over paid under achieving d lineman? Moves like this make me think Mac really doesn’t know what the hell he’s doing
Typical knee jerk reaction, from the brain dead sign this beast fans, hopefully he goes elsewhere, don't need a cancer in a young locker room, especially considering he did NOTHING with the Dolphins
Well, the Lions and the Dolphins clearly didn't love him that much. I cheered for Jason Taylor for a year, so I guess anything is possible.
I heard that Mac got a bullet up his a** to trade up for a QB..from ownership. I wouldn't be shocked if the Johnsons are exerting pressure ..ridiculous as it sounds
Yeah, when the LB's are running amuck free making plays it'll be a little easier. D would start to look sneaky good
Agree 100%. The Jets D-Line needs help, and we are low on draft picks after the trade up to No. 3 overall. Gotta fill a need, and Ndamukong Suh is the best out there. Can't see anyone outbidding us in terms of guaranteed money over 2 to 3 years.
I want Leo Williams and Jamal Adams and Marcus Mayes to be the leaders on that defense. You pay Suh a lot as a rental and you're just screwing things up again. How many times do we need to make the same mistake before we get it for once and for all? Players who are all about my money consider it a win once their money is guaranteed.
Someone else mentioned this and it triggered me to change my view Considering we are now light on draft picks, signing more players will certainly be a way to mitigate that Not smart long term, but plugging a need here and there when you need to spend money is fine by me
