LOL Perhaps. I checked him out on my own, then when people kept talking about him and wanting him over a QB, I've gone back and re-checked a couple of times to see if I missed anything. You aren't the only one with memory problems! LOL
He looks like Curtis Martin with 4.3 speed. Ankle fakes, calf fakes, knee fakes, thigh fakes, abdominal fakes, nipple fakes, shoulder fakes, head fakes, and all happening at the same time which is why the defenders are falling down all over thep lace trying to line up on him.
He's got great size and a strong tail. He's practically cross eyed and has only ever been outside 1 time. But he is ready for the big leagues. Trust me.
that was literally the first post i found of his. He's been saying he thinks baker is the best QB for months. so if that's the case, why say take rosen in the 1st or take mayfield if he's there in the 2nd. You don't go from saying a QB is a top 6 pick to a 2nd rounder
My general lack of good feelings about all the QBs in this draft is working out okay for me--I'm spending the time between now and draft day psyching myself up for all 4 options so I'll be prepared to be happy no matter how it shakes out. I'm trying to get some rose-coloring put back in my busted, cracked, faded old Jets glasses.
I see that also but I was just saying it wasn't quite him saying he was a second rounder is all, but I agree he didn't sound overly enthusiastic about him.

The post you quoted was from Oct. 31 of LAST YEAR!!!! I hadn't even started thinking about the draft yet. I only commented about a couple of QBs here that people were hyping up. Over the last year or two I haven't had the time to watch or follow college football as closely as I did in previous years, so I didn't know who the better QBs were. I saw some games early in the season, but started watching games in earnest later in the season and caught as many bowl games as I could. I don't speak in terms of players being "value" picks unless I'm quoting someone. From the time I started looking into QBs who would be in the draft, and who I would want the Jets to take, I did like Mayfield.

He’s by far the best RB prospect I can remember...I just hope he doesn’t go to the Giants because he’s going to be amazing barring injury It sucks that we can’t bank on Teddy because he’s like a guaranteed game changer unlike these QBs who are a coinflip I know it’s against the grain but I wouldn’t mind at all if he’s our pick, even though I think it’s like 5% at best
