Seriously though, I didn’t think Mac had the balls for this type of move, I’m glad he did and do think the price would’ve went up on draft day if the Colts even still had the pick. I’m thinking the Bills would be in the 3 spot right now if the Jets weren’t.

I am eating crow on this as well. I did not think it was a good idea but with the Bills moving up and my change of opinion on Mayfield (also eating crow here too) trading up was not only necessary but a good idea. I also think Mac got good value considering the circumstances. I just hope he does not blow it and take Allen. Taking Mayfield or any of the top 3 would make me very happy. The FA signings were far beyond my expectations. Adding a top 3 qb would make this a dream off season.

 

And indy has said they had other offers..I am guessing arizona and buffalo at least, maybe even denver too, had offers in.

Darnold vs. Rivers. Darnold - completely different throwing motion and more mobility. Other than their size, I don't see much in common, but you're right on all the other comparisons. Not even close.
