The beginning of the end for NJ. Radar continues to shrink from west to east....expect NJ to be out of the woods no later than 7....will update if that changes. Still heavy bands in north central and north east NJ..but they continue to shrink as the power shifts to....drum roll...CT. South NY state seems to be an hour behind..perhaps 8.

One last heavy band still has to go through the Jersey shore...about a half hour away and will last about one hour.

Amazingly, the huge bust will be NYC...well at least Manhattan...nuts...heavy bands were either wide right...or wide left. While south jersey seems to have over performed.

Can you imagine CBG walking through his quiet little town during a major snowstorm...2 inches an hour by him....him coughing and sneezing...looking every bit a dead man?

Perhaps they will put him in a shelter tonight.

Coming down fast and furious on Long Island. I'd say we have 4 slushy inches with no sign of slowing down.

actually the bands are to your east...so you may luck out. If you miss them wide...you too may have the end coming soon. Perhaps several more inches and its over.

nice out there,,,,,,,,,like a postcard,,,,,,,,,feel bad for the guys who wanted snow in the coastal areas that got beat,,,,,,some ares did so wetland it appears that the boroughs got little ,,,,,,good storm for Me and Fjay and others but have to tell you thought the boroughs would get burried also maybe this storm was not farther East but closer to the coast ? Also maybe those other areas never got sustained rates ?
