C I hope I am not asking a private question. But dude. You post at 5:00 AM, sometimes even early and post late. What time do you sleep and wake up man? I am an 8 hours a sleep a night guy. If I don't sleep my day is crap. How do you manage it?
Thanks FJF. I will take rain at this moment. We got an offer on the house. Don't want to deal with snow at all.
I'm in Bergen County, within walking distance of that big air conditioner that our team co-owns. There is a thin layer of white stuff on our lawns, and on the cars in our driveways, but right now it's rain. All rain. Other than the leak in the new roof over my back porch, and the flood I am bound to get in my basement, I'm hoping it stays all rain today.
Snow here in Central PA finally ending. Just a dusting. Temp presently at 36F so no cold blast following this storm. Looks like we got lucky this winter.
Brook.......somebody has to stay up and watch the weather models when Fjay is moving and the Jayster is on hiatus lol,,,,,,sleeping is tough for me
Fjay,,,,,snowing even in South Jersey right now a buddy texted me,,,,,I think everyone even the city has a shot at accumulations ,,,,that goes for Brook too ! Hope you are doing ok over there Fjay,,,,,,crazy how we both knew this would happen to you or me today
It's looking more like rain at the moment. No accumulation on the pavement. The water is rolling down the street.
Fjay,,,,not even cranking yet and its nuts,,lots of wind snow has lightened up ,,,,trees down in the neighborhood,,branches all over the Pallisades pkwy,,,,lites have flickered a few times already,,,I know of 1 transformer blowing but I'm sure more to come,,,,,be safe all this storm is no joke
The wind is starting to pick up over here. I can hear it buffeting against the house, and our power lines are swaying. It's a good thing that there are no leaves on the trees.
Good point. That October blizzard 7 years ago was worse because of the leaves. Howling here now. Went from gusts to a sustained hard wind
If I am remembering the same day correctly, I drove back from an Army-Fordham football game at West Point during that storm. It was white knuckle driving down that Route 6 mountain road to get to Route 17, by Woodbury Commons.
