This memos release only underlines it. The attacks on the FBI and DOJ are a waste of time since Mueller's investigation will continue regardless.
What does one have to do with the other? If the memo is factual it's an abuse of power at the highest level.
This in and of itself shouldn't stop the investigation. That doesn't mean there wasn't wrong doing here. There's likely more to follow too. The Russia investigation is nonsense anyway, but that's another story.

The investigation is dead, there is no evidence of collusion, they cant get him on obstruction of justice. The investigators are now being investigated, the Dossier was funded by the left, and the money was laundered through Christopher Steele to Russia.
