Different counties shouldn’t matter, it’s the state of Florida vs Robbie Anderson not dade county vs Robbie Anderson.
As far as the first case, he lost the ability to plea out to a pre trial program. Now he either pleas to a lesser charge for the best he can get for a penalty or stand trial on both arrests.

Sheldon has the advantage of knowing how to slow things down and call timeout.

Normally it wouldn't but Florida is pretty screwed up. I know someone who was arrested in Miami (Dade county) while on pretrial intervention in Broward county and they weren't effected by the Dade county arrest.
Had a neighbor who had several DUIs in Broward , got a third in Miami and was charged as a first offense. Fine and DUI school.
Must have the same structure as the Jets organization....
    Edit
Of course being a big name celebrity means he won't fly under the radar and the judge in his first case is now we'll aware of this arrest.

This kid just doesn't get it and it's a shame. We are now seeing why he was undrafted in the first place. While he probably will "only" be suspended around 2-4 games, maybe less, for this incident, another one and he's gone for a long time and a worse incident and who knows what could be the case. You can't act like he acted to the police officer. He's lucky to be alive. He's a moron, plain and simple, and if he doesn't change FAST, he won't be a Jet past 2018.

I also love his bragging about $. I've seen his Instagram. He's probably pissed away half of the $500K he's made.

I think he is facing a longer suspension, possible jail time. The league will hit him for his first case and this one immediately after. Can't see less than 6 games

If he doesn't change fast there's a decent chance he won't be alive past 2020.

Straight line speed without pads on, apparently lacks the quickness to elude defenders.... not impressed

By what he tweeted 14 hours ago, growing up won't be something he'll be doing any time soon.
    In fact, send him packing.

    Robby Anderson is toast
If all that stuff checks out to be true the Jets need to cut ties with Anderson. Zero tolerance for a repeat offender. I never liked him. Always red flags popping up around him. Remember that Dolphins game when he melted down and threw his helmet? Passionate dunce.
