Two guys considered #1 and #2 QB's has declared. I think this increases the value of of our 6th pick. At worst, a good player will drop to us even if Jets can't trade up. More top QB's are better. I think Rosen about to fall right into Jets lap. I’d prefer if Darnold falls into their laps but I won’t cry myself to sleep if it’s Rosen. Either way I think this pretty much guarantees 1 of the 4 is available to the Jets. Hopefully Mac doesn’t screw it up.
this either opens us up to over pay for a good not great prospect, gives us a better chance at allen, opens us up for one of the top non qb prospects. i hope its not the first one

You have to predict with certainty what teams ahead of us do and must worry about what other teams do behind us like Buffalo want to do with picks to bargain with It might likely go : cleveland (darnold or Allen) NYGs J rosen Colts Williams T Browns -again M Fitzpatrick DB Denver -Allen or Danold Jets -Mayfield So Teams ahead of us can kinda be forecasted...problem is WHO WILL BID ON COLTS OR BROWNS SEC CHOICE.????????. ie teams in back of us Time to be aggressive, move up and grab the 3 spot,,,ensuring a top 3 QB

Josh Rosen is the quarterback I most want putting on a Jets helmet, however, Sam Darnold is a great prospect too. If the Jets land either qb I would be happy.
The defensive 1st round picks need to end for a few years, Barkey, Darnold, Rosen, Allen, Mayfield, Cousins or bust. If Mac doesn't accquire one then he has failed
Preaching to the choir. If he is gone at #6, I would love Rudolph or Falk in the 2nd round. No Darnold and definitely no running QB. I want a pocket guy who can pass 4,000 yards.
