Do any of them offer an opinion on his timeout technique or lack of balls when in dire need of a leader ?
After thinking about it, the only way I would take a new HC is if the Mac is also fired and we hire Matt Nagy the Chiefs coordinator ... maybe hire the former panthers gm.
As I said, that isn't the be-all end-all, but that players and coaches consistently speak so highly of him is meaningful.
I have never been there myself, somewhat of a disgrace for an Englishman not to visit Shakespeare's home town, I am so uncouth lol
Ah well I can't forgive him for running the clock down when we had time outs and time to mount a quick attack, knowing full well we would be also receiving the ball after the half, that was just chicken shit.
In terms of the bolded parts, you don't start a player just because you drafted him, and the GM should never dictate who is on the field. If you don't understand that conceptually there is no point in replying to the rest of this. and GMs are traditionally 'superior' to HC's? that's your argument for a linear structure? lol ok.
In that winded diatribe, there was already a "sorry but you are clueless", "your statement is totally laughable", and "the bolded words destroy your position".... not sure why i wasted my time trying to explain something to him.....which he asked me to explain mind you.
Along with a “rotflmao” And maybe a “you are clueless “ Edit. Should have read more. He already used clueless
ha ha, that's ok. Being a former New Yorker, never was inside the Statue of Liberty or top of the Empire State Building. The nearby landmarks always seem to be taken for granted.
This means nothing!!! Of course friends/coaches stick up for each other.....what I want known (instead of sweeping under the rug) is: Why can't we see if Mac's 2nd rd (waste of a pick) is any good?? Is it a horrible selection? Is he as bad as believed? Why is GM who put his reputation on the line, not demanding his pick get a shot?? Did staff do anything during last 2 yrs to develop this kid???
I always heap praise on my fellow colleagues, remember what happened to Mangini when he spoke ill of the emperor? If I knew I was going to play against a scrub team with a terrible HC I would praise him as well. My team would benefit from him being on the sideline.
I didn't say that a player should start just because he was drafted, but he should be developed, get some playing time, and given an opportunity to win the starting job. You do understand the difference between "lay" and "start" don't you, or is that beyond your comprehension? Why am I not surprised that you ignore the other points I made. You're clueless and your rationale is laughable as it pertains to the Jets. I'm all to happy to end the conversation with you.
I did it for the reaction, you know that's his son right? Kyle Shannahan has turned out to be successful, why punish the son for the fathers sins? Nathaniel is getting a lot of praise from Marrone and the Jaguars for helping Bortles and the offense be more productive.
