I agree that he's probably not a star player hiding in plain sight but that aside... he can sling it. And I think he might be better than a few NFL starters right this moment. Just like at the end of the Tampa game when it was plain that it just wasn't happening that day I'd be tempted to put him in right now and see if you can catch a rainbow.
Too much adrenaline Yeah even before the last wrist shot that put him out of the game I don't think he was firing on all cylinders.
Too little too late with Petty This is entirely on Bowles. This entire poorly prepared half assed debacle.
A not far obviously As most normal fans could see from a mile away He’s a flat out pathetic head coach
Bowles is not interested in long term development of QB... he must be fired unless we want to keep seeing 10th year starting journeymen...
It is pretty damning how you can just come in here playoff aspirations still on the line and just get your ass handed to you by a 3-9 team. Not just lose.... get blown out of the water and not even score. And the reason your playoff aspirations were a real longshot to start the day is because you waddled down to Tampa and got your shit sent by a 2 win team that you should have been able to handle. Not good.
I'm so sick and tired of how pathetic the Jets are on the road under Todd Bowles. Watching the Jets lay a turd on the road after a feel good win at home be like...
All reasons why Bowles should be fired. 2017 is going to go down as one of the biggest wastes of a season. The team somehow got angry enough to go on a three-game winning streak that nobody saw coming, which ended up taking them out of contention for the franchise QB we were supposed to be getting with a top draft pick while also fooling the media into thinking that our disaster of a coach has over-performed and deserves a long-term commitment from the Jets' brass. At least we have the Browns to keep us from being the biggest laughingstock in sports.
Have the Jets ever won @ Denver? My gawd all I can remember is losses the 1998 AFC Championship game, several regular season games including yesterday's game against a terrible Denver team on a 8 games losing streak starting Trevor Simien at QB. What a house of horrors that place has been for the Jets.
