Hmm if we execute the plays called on the early downs they don't lead to 3rd and longs. You guys act like Morton calls the 1st and 2nd down plays, it is his intent for them to yield no yardage specifically to put McCown in 3rd and long. If our fucking secondary which we invested a lot in this offseason could do their job we would not be in a close game right now. This is the same secondary who is being coached by a former secondary member himself that's supposed to be some defensive guru. We're making the struggling KC offense look like the most explosive offense in the league.
This game would be on ice now if McCown hits these open receivers for TDs on the last few drives. As good as he is early in games at times this year, he just seems to not be as accurate once the 4th quarter comes around.

Nobody likes watching us lose, hell I was all for 0-16 and up and away in the draft, I wanted us to compete and lose by a score in every game, well I nearly got my wish bar the first couple of games but once the game is on you can't help wanting the W it is just in your nature but deep inside you know it is really killing the franchise for another year, 8-8 is a horrible outcome. With the way some of these guys have shown that they have talent it may have only taken one season of tanking and one very good/lucky draft to set us on our way.
