I know your sentiment on this argument, but the scheme and personnel who play is not up to Mac. Game management decisions are not made by Mac either.

Instead of getting rid of both I would keep Mac and find an offensive minded HC who will be able to develope whatever QB the jets draft.

I'm of the opinion that this team is suffering from poor scheme and bad coaching, this is not the worst roster in the league.
