Expecting this current team to resurrect anybody career is a stretch. A huge stretch. Rodgers can't even coach up veterans he has has actually made them play far wor
Donahue who was on his way to becoming a starter this season before his injury , possibly Leggette ( too soon to tell) and Kerley is 5th round talent. Donahue and Leggette could turn out to be great 5th round picks. Didn't we want a 5th round pick on Brandon Marshall too?
We have discussed this, and how the only reason he has a job is because he's Bowles friend, he survived the firing squad when Bowles cleaned house of his CS.
Well they have no choice there are no competition at their positions. Claiborne has proven true to form and is injured and ASJ isn't doing much since his touchdown/fumble. Bottom line what is the team record and why can't the defense stop anyone?
We traded for a CB because we needed a CB. Skrine is more than a liability. You can complain about the value of a fifth round pick till your blue in the face.
Starting at OLB isn't much considering our depth, and Leggett has literally been hurt the whole year and is now on IR, Kerley i mean i guess but he's been on 3 teams in 3 years so i mean if thats what were expecting from a 5th i don't get even complaining about this trade. Like seriously some people are man about this gimme a break
Skrine being out actually improves this team by a huge margin. A mannequin would play better than Skrine.
Im convinced a majority of Jets will only see the negative in every possible move and will not consider change of scenery or growth in a player to ever come into play in regarding the future of this team. ASJ is literally an example of what a fresh start and opportunity can provide for a player and still we revert to moaning and complaining about the gem we could have drafted or about the troublesome old vet we could have traded for instead.
In season football trades rarely make a difference. Expecting a guy to make contributions to a losing team with a clueless coaching staff is asking alot. I looked at his little highlight video. Looks like a mugger so expect numerous penalty flags.
Kerley was expendable because of the Decker and Marshall signings. He's a #3 WR. Can't honestly expect to be hitting on pro bowl caliber players in round 5. You know it doesn't matter who this team signs people will complain. If we got Tom Brady for a 7th rounder the board would go crazy about how we're stunting Hacks growth and he's only going to play for a couple more years.
