Anti-fascist. They fight fascism by using a hell of a lot of fascism.

Well in watching some videos of the protests it certainly is not anti-faggot. I think they just needed a name so they could run around busting windows when they feel like it.

And I have some suspicions that his penchant for gambling might have more to do with this than people have looked at so far. Just a wild theory right now but certainly a better possibility than his being a part of any political or terrorist group as others have surmised.

His brother made a point of emphasizing he was a multi-millionaire - maybe he was a multi-millionaire. Maybe all those houses and those two airplanes are mortgaged into oblivion. There are a few people who do get by via gambling - damn few. Does a multi-millionaire really need to sue some second or third rate casino for a slip-and-fall that gets thrown out of court? I smell a guy slipping into the abyss and making a final, not at all valiant, attempt to show Las Vegas just how wrong they were.

Of course there are plenty of other possibilities, like a Charles Whitman-like brain tumor or a failed personal relationship. I think it is more than coincidental that the girlfriend is in the Philippines today and he apparently has just sent her tens of thousands of dollars.

The Las Vegas police said she's in Tokyo. 1st I heard dual citizenship in Australia, then Philippines, then Tokyo. I still want to hear more about the people in the front 2 rows being told they were going to die less than an hour before it started . Anything is a possibility at this point , it's so strange. If it were gambling, why the concert goers? I agree that it doesn't look like some affiliation to a group . That's usually where everyone goes with it when something like this happens, and these days even the media doesn't wait for truth before they start spouting off. I didn't know about the slip and fall. Even a multi millionaire can mismanage themselves into trouble. I just find it strange that he chose and planned that concert . Just adding this as a possible contribution, but there is no other genre of music that you would likely find as many like minded people when it comes to politics as you will in country.

I was saying something similar to my co-workers. I later found out the guy had the weapons mounted on tripods which may explain why he was effective with smaller caliber.

Also, it seems like he modified the guns with hand cranks which is why the automatic action and discharges sounded uneven.

Motherfucker had 42 automatics and rifles...Cannot wait to see gun lobbyists and 2nd amendment lovers proclaim how owning autos is a good thing for civilians.

Even if guns were on the ground, people would be hopeless as this guy proved...shooting from a high ground with people being helpless.

By the time they figured out where he was, and were able to get 32 floors up the damage was done. I'm all for gun ownership, even rifles. But for fucks sake; when someone is buying them at that rate , and the ammo to go along with it... there had to be some alert system . It's one thing if he was collecting muskets. But no one has an arsenal like that for any good cause. I'm not sure what converting to full auto entails, but the market for that had to be taken care of too.

I was thinking that might be what he had when I heard the audio. Check out the video below, not auto but damn close.

It's not generalizing. The groupthink and tyranny of the progressive left is a dangerous mental illness

No I said that I can at least have a shred of respect that shes willing to be honest about how she feels although it's detestable

Rachel Maddow I'm sure feels the exact same way but would never admit it. So she's a liar and a psychopath

Sometimes people buy a lot of ammo because it's cheap at the moment, just like with any other stuff that you stock up on while it's cheap. For instance, military surplus ammo... it's good quality and much cheaper than whatever is usually on the market (sometimes half the price). Once military surplus is sold out, that's pretty much it. It won't be restocked, so people buy in large qualities while they can.

But going back to this tragedy, the mass shooting part lasted 10 minutes total. The SWAT team got there 1 hour and 12 minutes after the initial shots rang out. I think he just ran out of ammo after 10 minutes. He had a certain amount of loaded magazines and used them all in 10 minutes.

24 hours later and we still don't really know the motive although the failed slip and fall seems to be a real possibility, it was thrown out of court 3 years ago on Oct 3

The girlfriend apparently moved out a month ago but the man was a frequent customer at a Gun and guitar shop in St George , Utah which is closer to Mesquite than Las Vegas is.

He had 10 suitcases in his room, used a hammer to break out windows

He had 23 guns in his room although police have not indicated if all were rifles and he had 19 at home, they also found ammonium nitrate at his house.

I don't personally know anybody who has been killed although only about 20 of the names have been released but I have friends who have lost friends and the guy who I was at the hockey game with last night found out that a girl he was pretty close with was shot in the chest, he said he doesn't think she will make it.

I took my son to a rodeo at this exact same venue in April and I was on LV Blvd shortly before the shooting started. Had I not been at the hockey game I most likely would have been driving for Uber which likely would have meant I would have been on or around LV Blvd.

The LV police officer who was killed was off duty and he died helping people, he was also a youth football coach and a very positive role model in the African American community. He served in Iraq and was very well liked.

I am still in a coma, going to work today was hard but I've tried to avoid watching the news all night and the weirdest thing is watching tv and seeing things going on like nothing happened on national stations but then I turned on local news and it's been nonstop for 24 hours.
