All this Darnold, Rosen talk, and I'll give you another guy who I think is going to have a better career than both of those guys: Colorado's Steven Montez.
Darnold has had a bad stretch, but he's not a bad QB. Get Sling, and enjoy the wonders of college football.
Montez is going to be good, but he's started 9 games and he's a Sophmore. The kid loves football, he's one of the more vocal leaders at the position in CFB. He survived a Texas AM onslaught, he was getting punished for 3 quarters, and he made it through to carry his team to victory. I'll leave these CFB topics for the draft thread.

What is sling ? But it is mainly a timescale problem, 3 hours is a lot of time to be investing to look at a possible future player and that is if the game kicks off at 1pm eastern time that is 6pm UK like today's game, the later kick off means half a game as I am up 4.30am UK time or 11.30pm et I am already way passed a healthy sleep time lol 5 hours until my alarm tbh
You can find talent anywhere, Derek Carr went high 2nd round. Rodgers went in the 20s, Big Ben in the top 12. Not enjoying a win from a group of young players probably means you should stop watching football altogether. With that logic, 3/4 of the league should play to lose as they lack any the talent to reach the Super Bowl. If we take Mike McGlinchey where we pick and sure up the RT where we will pick, so be it.

I know. Which is exactly why tanking doesn't work and the Moneyball wannabes running the Browns are giving statistics a bad name. Our best bet as a franchise is to develop our young talent and take a QB in the middle of the first round. Heck we could have taken Watson this April. But for whatever reason we repeatedly refuse to take a QB, so I figured if we tank for the top pick they can't get out of it anymore.

And if we take a top QB and they end up like David Carr or JaMarcus Russell or Joey Harrington because we are throwing them into the fire or in Russell's case, encouraging a losing mentality on the team....than What? We don't need a FQB. We have McCown and if he doesn't work out, there are endless JAG QB's on their way out of the league that would love a $6mil mentorship with the Jets. Fck it Macc.. Draft BPA-D again and be done. Go for another CB or LB since we're not even gonna be in the mix for a true FQB. Then again, we don't need one.
At this point, it's what I assume will happen. The Giants ownership is not incompetent. They will view this bad start for the opportunity it presents, tank, and set themselves up for the next 15 years.
