I think the coaches might suck. Their offensive play calling is a head scratcher sometimes too.

Well that 65 yard TD by Rosen is why he's highly thought of.

Yes. Easy read and clean pocket but he threw an absolute strike down the seam. Great throw by a great player.

He's been stacking great games to start the season. I'm legitimately excited to get annihilated tomorrow haha.

Aye legs, do you know anything about Riley Ferguson? He looks to have a good arm and had a great showing last year throwing for 3,698 yards on 63.2% with 32 touchdowns and only 10 interceptions.

They seem to run a favorable system for quarterbacks but he's made a couple big time throws today that caught my eye. Is he a mid to late round prospect for the NFL draft?

I'm growing more fond of the idea of taking a quarterback in the top 3 as well as taking one in the later rounds. Double up like the 'Skins did with RG3 and Kirky. Worked out well for them so far having a backup plan.

ESPECIALLY if we end up taking Lamar Jackson.

    That was a terrible decision

Broke the cardinal rule of quarterbacking. NEVER throw back across the field especially across the middle.

First interception of the year though. Let's see how he responds.

Uh oh. Not a good decision by my guy Rosen. Pick 6! Well, nobody's perfect, right?

This is a bit off topic but why isn't Jake Browning getting more coverage? I mean he did throw 43 touchdowns to 9 picks and ended up playing 'Bama in the Peach Bowl. Is the arm strength not there? I'm surprised he hasn't been talked about more. I know he lost John Ross and appears to be on a weaker team this year.

There was one of those head scratchers. He had a WR wide open same distance down the field by near the sideline and elects to throw across his body instead. That throw is why he is more Eli than Peyton.

Great answer by Rosen after a taste of adversity. Perfect ball on the TD.

I know nothing about him except that he is being well coached.

Good response by Rosen, although he got lucky he wasn't picked again on that throw to Lasley. Still, he kept his head and got them back in the end zone.

Ball placement was perfect. He threw the receiver open and did so by throwing to the correct shoulder. Defensive back had good coverage.

Great rebound drive for Rosen with a nice throw for a TD.

C'mon man! You're the resident draft expert! (Just kidding I know you can't watch every prospect).

What quarterback would you look at in the mid rounds if we do double down on quarterbacks?

This is to all posters too. Or if for some reason we miss out on the top prospects where do we go?

Great anticipation too. Threw it a mile before the top of the route.

I like your thinking, but if Macc is still in charge, I'll be surprised if he even takes a QB before the 4th round.
