Damn wanted Armageddon to make it just for the name.

  2. First thing that stood out to me too.Everything we read said Martin was winning throughout training camp.Dumb move..but Is It Bowles or ST coach to blame?Boyer recenty did an interview & seemed to favor cannizaro for no other reason than experience. Of course that sort of thinking seems like more of a Bowles mandate

I think Bowles went with Catanzaro because he's a vet. I don't remember if they were on the Cardinals at the same time, but don't think so. At any rate, Catanzaro was pretty bad last season, and was mostly bad in TC. Martin was consistently better. It all goes to Bowles trying to win to keep his job. He thinks that Catanzaro "Gives the Jets the best chance to win." Eff Bowles. I hope that loser can never find another coaching job.

So far, we know the Jets WRs will be Anderson, Kearse, Stewart, & Hansen. Gabe Marks still has a shot. They may hold onto Lucky Whitehead if he can be back in 3-4 weeks, or may go with Hammond. I doubt Dan Williams makes it. It will be interesting to see if Charone Peake, Jalin Marshall, and Kenbrell Thompkins do.

I think at most the Jets keep 7 WRs, and maybe only 6. Assuming they keep one spot for either Whitehead or Hammond, it will be between J. Marshall, Peake, Thompkins, Marks, and maybe Williams for the final 1-2 spots.

  5. I liked what I saw from Hammond returning the ball.

On the fence w peake.Hes shown some ability to produce & still has upside but in what type role? Also seems to drop too many passes & should be much more imposing w his raw skillset

In that case, it's a good thing we didn't cut him.

    Patience. That's the key.

Tyler Orlosky was a UDFA with the Eagles this year out of WVA where he was a team captain. Did anyone see him play with the Eagles? He might be worth signing to the PS.

Couldn't agree more. OL is a different animal than other positions. They can keep your QB alive, and give a younger QB the opportunity to get better. A QB can't improve if he's given no time to throw, or is in a hospital bed....

While I don't want him, the browns cut oswieler

a decent pickup could be will blackmon. solid depth corner has starting experiance could be our 3rd or 4th CB and cheap also the ravens traded for a center and cut zuttah. i'd still like to bring him in

I'm hoping Harper ends up on the practice squad.

If the Jets sign Brock Osweiler and release Petty or Hack, I would probably lose my mind.

I think he's eligible, so me too, but I'm still surprised that he didn't make the team.

I think Peake makes it based upon ST's...Thompkins as a vet makes it as well.

Somewhat surprised that Chris Harper was cut. But he wasn't very visible during the pre season games. Expect the Jets to sign another veteran receiver on cut day

    I think Peake gets cut

My Armageddon jersey is now worthless. Unless we go 0-16.
