Watched the play. Most any qb gets killed there. It's hard to do anything when a guy flies off the edge totally unblocked
There aren't many Jets fans excited about this season.....I expect alot of home games filled with other fans.
When a man gets a free shot at the QB on the outside like that it's usually a wrong protection call or failure to recognize the blitz. Ether way it's probably Hack's fault but that's what we can expect to see from a rookie. Question is will he learn from it or continue to get burned by it like Geno did.
Our defense looks pretty good. Only way we win games this year is ball control on offense and stout D
No but our defense is suppose to be decent and so far they do look pretty solid.I see them keeping us in some games and the offense losing it for us like we are use to.
Not a single person on this site knows what the protection call was on that play. There are like 14 people on the planet who do, so let's not act like we know the assignments.
Sorry Powell doesn't make that kind of mistake. QB should have been aware and also calls the line protections...
We have no idea cause we weren't in the huddle. However, if I have to pick to place blame between a vet RB who has been touted for his pass protection since his been in the league and an essentially rookie QB still learning his 4th offense in 5 years, I will lean towards the latter.
You have to get rid of the ball on a 3 step drop. He's so close to the line of scrimmage that he's laying the OL out to dry if he holds onto the ball that long.
Hack has no one to throw to...there's a solid veteran WR who plays for the Titans we should look into...Decker I think his name is.How the fuck are you suppose to develop a QB with no playmakers on offense.
Jets look way better white on white. Ever since they went to an olive green dark jersey I prefer the road look.
