Specifically, for those who aren't aware of the situation, the governor of New Jersey. The state was supposed to pass a budget by the end of June and C^2 was a large part of why a budget wasn't passed on time. As a result, the state government shutdown (except for emergency personnel). This includes parks and state-run beaches. People who had paid in advanced to go camping were kicked out of parks on July 1st. He then decided to take a vacation on a state beach that was closed to public. And he had the balls to say people are upset that he took a planned vacation. He's the Donald Trump of New Jersey. An oblivious moron who does not give a crap.
