A total annihilation of a principled, moralistic, righteous, dooshbag prick, brought down in his own Holy house that he holds more dear than anything or anybody. Lol Jimmy was the one with the character all along tolerating that schmuck. It'll interesting to find out ultimately what happens between Jimmy and Kim after that, and how Jimmy goes down his chosen path.
What happens with Kim is the most interesting unknown. She would stick by him through almost anything.
You got my hopes up for some crazy episode. It was good, but they're never long enough. I don't like how they never really said the verdict until Howard brought it up. It was so anti climatic.
Think Todd's ringtone. I knew it was coming. I always wondered who the object of said ringtone's kid's father was. Gus?
Jimmy implied the 12 mo law ban in the beginning of the episode, so Howard just confirmed it. Speaking about, Howard is turning into a good guy, although somewhat pragmatic. That talk he gave to Chuck is as good as any friend would do in this situation. And Chuck.... this actor is amazing. The character has ego of Walt, but asshole of Todd. This guy somehow manages to show both. His really is a phenomenal actor.
Funny how creation of Saul is nothing majorly dramatic, just needed an alternative id for purely material purposes, solving an $800 an episode problem. Mundane really. I bet that's how Jimmy will cross the line into being the criminal lawyer - just a small step over something mundane and very practical.
Holy sheet that's crazy! So he's known that guy for a long time then. I wonder if he wanted him specifically for the Chuck role.
What a menagerie of psycho's we saw in that episode, lol......all dead men walking, and women....it's Lydia! Ha ha. Topped off by Chuck wandering down the street just like a schizophrenic homeless person.... they captured it well. And the making of a psychopath: Krazy-8, Nacho kicking the shit out him. Thought Hector was gonna have his stroke then and there too. Guess that's coming. Amazing the amount of work they put into these shows to tie it all together. Easter eggs so many it's hard to keep up.
It's kind of funny how my opinion of Howard has swung from one side to the other as the series has gone on. He looks slimy when he and Jimmy are arguing about Chuck's severance and ability to continue to practice in the first season. I don't know how he does it but he looks fake but is sincere a lot of the time it seems. I actually kind of like Howard- at least respect him a little more.
KIM (see background). Chuck is gonna wreck her to get back at Jimmy. Can't believe people missed that.
