I heard he tore it in the process of sending a risky snap chat. Poor Devin :/ the glass man never had a chance.

I think its safe to say Devin Smith's NFL career has come to an unfortunate end. Hopefully, this ends the curse of the 2nd rd. pick. You have to wonder who we pissed off so badly that this kinda shit seems to happen.

I always hated the pick. Was a part time player in college. Couldnt run anything but deep routes and was like 160lbs with little to no fight in him so CBs would just mug him off his route. Sucks for him though and I hope he heals up and gets another chance some where

 

If nothing else good comes out of this, it should be a direct message to Robbie Anderson to get his ass in the weight room and stay there until he comes in with more muscle especially in the upper body and legs. The NFL is not the place for slender guys anymore.

 

no one pissed anybody off. Our GM is bad and doesnt have a clue. We just took two safeties to compensate for the bust we took in the first round two springs ago. this is not an isolated case

 

Our last several GM's haven't had much success either. This is becoming a disturbing trend.

I know he was pegged as a 2nd, but we reached. He should have gone late 2nd/early 3rd. There was a lot of talent on the board. Everyone with brain could have told you DGB was a better selection and 2x the prospect Devin Smith could ever dream about being.

I blame Hobbes. I have never ever seen anyone wrong about everything. Most people usually get something right. But not Hobbes from his predictions on Sanchez, Romney landslide to Devin Smith becoming an all pro. When he guaranteed that Devin Smith would be a great pick we should all have known.
