I know our new OC must be sick. Here he is thinking I will get to revamp this offense and hopefully the GM helps me with this. I've only got one year to make an impression, this is my big shot in my career progression. Then these idiots take two similar strong safeties and a WR nobdoy heard of. Yeah I'll be unemployed after this season.

This is shaping up to be a disasterous draft. I guess the tank includes the draft. Yeah we are going 0-16. 0-20 if you count the preseason games...epic. I was a macc fan since the beginning. Those days are over he is in Bradway territory and needs to be forcefully removed from the Jets front office.

Not even Cleveland would take two safeties with your first 2 picks. They are not different but the very same type safeties. Only the Jets do this. Cleveland has a baseball guy running their draft and he's laughing at the Jets.

No they use a Quija board. Why waste money on scouts and traveling all over the country. Just ask Ouija.

Nah. I really doubt he looks at it in such a simpleton minded fashion. And do you actually think they would hold him responsable under the current circumstances after one year when this is obviously a long term build. That is an incredibly narrow sighted view.
Next year would not make or break the man's career anyway. That's just not true.

Next year none of these guys will be around. He might jump ship on his own. Realize that what he heard about the Jets is true. They are a wreck from top to bottom. The Fire Macc banner will be flying early and often next year. This is not a long term build. Long term building addresses multi positions not crappy free agent pick up and narrow draft board. Where will the scoring come from this year? Or are you just happy with another tank job.

Those posiitions will be addressed in the 7th round and UDFA because that is where the value in the draft is. Next year we will go TE/TE first 2 rounds or maybe QB/QB. Because we have Rainman as our GM. Yeah, yeah safety, safety gotta get safety, safety.

Highly doubt it but you keep believing that. I would rather have that drunk GM the Redskins fired. Just because you're related to Macc doesn't make him a good GM. Charlie Casserly saddled us with this doucebag.

I just found out we took Stewart and Godwin was still available. I thought Godwin was the more accomplished receiver???

Stewart looks ready to go from the off and is tough, also turns short passes into big gains with YAC and if we have Petty/Hack as QB we may well be throwing a lot of short range passes, with the occasional bomb to Anderson if Petty is under centre.

70% of Stewart yards come after recieving the ball and he's a good open field runner with a fair turn of pace.

We are going 0-16 next year

The owner told Bevis and Butthead our Coach and GM to make it happen...and their jobs are safe till we draft a 2018 QB

After last night, this is the only explanation I can wrap my brain around

Did we trade down? At least they were able to do that

So glad I drank some warm milk and went to bed at 11 PM last night

Granted, I would've preferred an offensive lineman, but it's Safe to assume you don't watch college football or you're just bitching for the sake of bitching, considering he was a productive receiver for the top football program in the country.....
