NY Rangers 2011-2016 Season + Offseason Thread

Lol. Like they say on the draft shows and sites; NFL: "stock falling". Like a rock.

 

I personally think there's NFL yearlong overload. I mean the draft is interesting but it could be done in like 30 minutes end-to-end. I'd rather watch paint dry than wait for the next pick. That goes equally for the NFL/NHL/NBA

 

That was one of the worst playoff games I've ever seen. Two teams attempting to play hockey and failing miserably. They both stink.

 

Great game. Tankjob. Henrik hung out to dry. You cannot take whole periods off. They sucked tonight.

 

We played so bad and lackadaisical out there. BOTH on offense and defense. Even with our bad play we had so many chances. Henrik was ubreal tonight, team let him down there.

 

The first period was the best goaltended period I ever saw by any goalie Hank was unreal

wheres all that overconfidence this morning? this is the NHL, taking a team lightly is suicide. the dropoff in talent in this league from best to worst is so slight.
i dont care how great your goalie plays, you're not winning when you take whole periods off

 

We win the next game we get home ice, but the way we play at home that might be a disadvantage...

 

oh wait, everythings cool, i forgot, theyll start playing like they can around overtime of game 5 or so, all is well.

 

Stumbling block, we weren't going to win both games there, win the next one and the 2 at home

 

Still here, the Ottawa defense was embarrassing and looked like an AHL team. Rangers were more embarrassing, only one guy came to play. Rongos man

 

HDABE- Hank deserves a better effort

 

thats what bothers me about these guys, what more do you need to get motivated to show up and put in an effort? they looked listless to me. they do it all the time, then all of a sudden they start playing, they're a frustrating bunch i tell you.

 

I blame the coaching more than anything, but Miller / hayes / Kreider / STEPAN need to wake the fuck up. Even the other guys went missing last night Nash / Vessey / Fast / Lindberg. Just fucking play well man, finish your passes, get the stick on the puck, and put it on net. It's not rocket science

 

Grabs is so unlucky man, 2 posts and a great save could have been a hat trick

 

No you're underestimating yourself you're a tremendous slouch!

the positive here is if somehow all these slackers go on a tear at the same time the Rangers are basically going to be unstoppable
