The video contradicts some of what the accuser said but that was prior to them going up to the room. It shows her seeming to get mad at him because he was talking to another woman at the bar which would seem to call into question her state of mind. It was a little after she tried to grab his arm at the bar that they went upstairs.
I believe the issue was the time she claimed the events occurred was off by several hours was what was causing the questions, but I'm only half-paying attention, I'll worry about it more after the first round ends .
