Mets are playing good ball right now and Beating the teams they should beat. Hopefully we can continue through this weekend and get 2 of 3 vs the Marlins
It's a 4 game series this weekend. It was nice to see against the Phillies but they have to hit everywhere, not just Citizens Bank Park. My biggest concern mostly for the postseason assuming we get there is that we are so unatheletic. Nobody to run the bases, no hit and runs, nobody can even bunt it seems like. I'm not being negative, it was nice to see us beat up on the Phillies but I'm not sure we can slug our way to a World Series title. Hell, maybe we can, time will tell.

Terry Collins a little late bringing in Blevins. Should have had him up against Yellich. Really questionable move. At least we're hitting though.
TC is the worst bullpen manager in MLB. Not even two weeks in and he's pushing Salas to the brink of exhaustion. Unreal.
What is with this team? Reyes needs to take a seat, unbelievable. Also Montero gives me anxiety. This is shaping up to be an awful loss barring a miracle.
The injury bug has bitten early and Terry Collins is doing a poor job of managing this team. I know I am a bit ridiculous at times, but this looks to be another year the Mets don't win a world series. Just calling it like I see it. The organization is content with "having a shot in September." That is the problem. Their goal is to have a shot, not to win it all. I will be so glad if I am proven wrong but I can smell a lost season again.
Have lost 7 of 8. Season feels like it's getting late early. Since 2011 The Nats have won 40 of 54. Not much of a rivalry if they have owned us like that. Oh yeah and Scherzer pitches tomorrow. This team seems just ripe for him to get a no-no.

Wow, what is with the injuries on this team? Do you blame Ray Ramirez? i don't get it, doesn't help we have an older and unatheletic roster. I think it also proves you go with a big lineup over killing starting pitching. Pitchers just cant stay healthy in this era. This team is an anomaly.
Syndergaard with a partially torn lat muscle. No timeframe for his return. The season is officially over on May 1st.
