Was looking forward to your input TDK. I disagree on a few points. I do believe the Cena proposal was real. Is it corny? Sure, but it was not fake. I think Dean is pretty average at best, so I have no problem with that bad match being used on free TV, however that title deserves more. The Reigns Taker match was not bad, however by that point I was pretty drunk, so maybe I'll have to rewatch. I do think Reigns winning was the right decision. I enjoyed the way Taker seemingly retired too. Sent from my XT1650 using Tapatalk
Fake is the wrong word. Scripted, planned, seen coming a mile away, is what I meant. Insincere. Everyone knew it was coming. Not really how marriage proposals should work. Overall entertainment wise I enjoyed Reigns-Taker too, just meant Taker has no business being in a WWE ring anymore. Been clear to see for years. I liked the story line. I think a WWE writer saw the movie Logan, and decided to use the story line for Undertaker. Worked out pretty well. I personally like Ambrose. I like the whole SHIELD quite a lot. The Hardy Boyz coming back was cool. I forgot to mention that. They did that in a cool way too. Making it look like New Day was entering the match, then all of a sudden Hardy Boyz theme hits. Well done.
Yeah the Hardyz was the highlight of the night. I can't wait for Raw. It's always good after Mania. Off to work now though. Sent from my XT1650 using Tapatalk
In all honesty, Taker's final fight should have been the one with Shawn Michaels or Triple H if I am not mistaken.
Yeah, he had 2 good WM with Shawn Michaels and then 2 good WM with Triple H. WM28 Triple H lost the match, walked to the back, Undertaker won the match, and had to be taken off on a stretcher. Undertaker should have retired right there at 20-0. Instead he came back for 5 more WM. Defeating CM Punk, Bray Wyatt, and Shane McMahon, and of course losing to Brock Lesnar and Roman Reigns.
Roman's Raw promo was the best of his career. Less talking and more blank stares, smirks, and facial expressions suit his promo style.
I usually watch the Post-WM Raw to see what the new storylines will be. Pretty much 0 were set up last night so I am not sure where anyone is headed. Nice to have Finn Balor back too, but looks like I will be casually watching WWE til a couple weeks before SummerSlam now. This is the slow part of the year.
I feel like I just walked into the funeral of a bank robber attended by crack dealers. You fucking guys need to get a life.
I kind of love it. Shocking upsets are always part of sports, so if Wrestling is truly aiming to mimic a sport, than you need the occasional WTF moment.
I feel like you are the kind of guy who will walk into a bathroom to smell someone's vomit and diarrhea.
