I would not count the 2010 draft class. Yes it was small, but that was due to trading for Edwards and Sheppard, who both contributed to the Jets getting to AFC championship games, including Edwards catching an 80 yard touchdown in one and a key touchdown in the Patriots game the year after to get to another title game. Pretty much the definition of productive.

Edwards had flashes of brilliance, not unexpected given his immense physical ability. But he was painfully erratic and his antics off-field had to be a distraction. I don't consider his overall tenure much of a success, which is why they let him walk. A classic, "Body by Fisher, mind by Tinker Toy."

You have to count it. Who from 2010 have helped us during our 6 year playoff drought since then?

That's the point of tallying bad drafts. Our 1st, 2nd and 3rd round picks from that draft were supposed to be some of our best players from 2010 to 2014 and onwards and instead they just vanished like smoke on the wind.

Right, I understand, just saying I would count the contributions from those guys picks were traded for in the 2010 draft. Counting just Braylon's contributions, I don't feel it belongs on a worst of list. Your point is correct though and why it was listed.

Cue Kansas' "Dust in the wind, all they are is dust in the wind,"

I'm more in the "Another one bites the dust" crowd, but yeah...

I get that, but him and Cotchery had chemistry with Sanchez. What did Tanny do? Get rid of both of them for Plaxico Burress and Derrick Mason (ugh). I contribute that to the #2 largest reason of our offenses decline after Faneca and Woody leaving the O-line. We were quietly getting a lot worse when Rex continued to put his thumbprint on this team.
