Rams New uniforms

Unfortunately they're still stuck with the old jersey because the NFL won't let them change it.

the blue and white is ok, id like to see both a blue and a white facemask to see what that looks like. i have no interest in gray facemasks at this point.

i grew up with eric dickerson rocking the blue and yellow so that is the throwback to me. the blue and gold they have been using is just terribly boring. nfl uniforms in general are terribly boring these days. college has far surpassed them in the interesting factor.

 

glad they're getting away of current uni but i'd prefer the blue/gold .it was classic and great for the new color TV era in the 70s.

According to this article the process for approval can take up to 2-1/2 years. But looks like they are at least starting with the helmets.

the nfl is idiotic and childish with things like this. its one of the big things they just fail to understand. i will put a game on that i have no interest in watching just to see what oregon is doing with their unis that week. the nfl is soooo concerned that nike wont be able to sell all the jerseys they already made in china that you arent allowed to change your name.

 

I prefer the classic 70's-80's blue and yellow. That old gold they've been using recently is atrocious. It's like the hideous Colorado State color they use to go with their green.

 

If the Rams went back to their "Fearsome Foursome/Roman Gabriel" era blue and white unis they'd join the Jets and Colts as the only NFL teams with just two colors in their uniforms.

 

Funny how it takes this much time for a team to change uniform - unless it the Nike color-rush crap that they inflict on our eyes!

 

Heard a rumour somewhere color rush is changing to throwback thursday. Example being the Giants Thursday game last season. If this is true it should be a huge improvement.

 

i like quite a few of the color rush uniforms, the problem is that the kids love it so old peoples opinions dont matter.

 

The dark blue and goldish brown ones need to go. That's all I know, they are god awful.

 

i dont understand how it took them 15 years to figure that out. i mean its just such a terribly boring bland combination. nfl uniforms typically suck. jets included. im so completely bored with it but i know if they change it that they will completely fuck it up.

 

That's basically what it was before color rush. Hopefully we don't see those stupid Titans unis again.

 

The Jets will figure out a way to both make a terrible looking uniform that we haven't seen yet and also make dumbasses buy those unis to wear them as a badge of shame wherever they go.
