Lol, Manish is a hack. He has a vendetta against Mo, Revis and a few others. To be quite honest, I'm surprised he hasn't gotten his ass beat in the locker room with the stories he comes out with. I truly believe that the Jets should really investigate the prospect of revoking Manish's locker room access.
What if its the truth? He may be a hack, but it seems to me very easy to confirm. There were hundreds of people at the Temple Pro Day.
For every story that may be true, he also writes a lot of puff pieces that usually always paint a player in a negative light. If I was a player, and someone continuously wrote articles about me and I had to see them at work regularly, and they don't even come up to me to ask me questions, but uses "sources" there would be a problem.
Manish IS a hack but if this story has legs then that's a problem. Wilkerson was a non factor last year and could be a classic case of got my contract and now don't care syndrome. If Wilkerson looked himself last year then I would write this off but he didn't.
Thats what I thought. Also, as Mehta said himself, a twitter or instagram pic of Mo on a treadmill resolves the question.
Doesnt look bad there. I think your closer to being right that the Jets should think about revoking Mehta's access to the Jets locker room if this is borne out.
I saw a pic he posted on Instagram from a few days ago or something and he looks fine, this is classic Mehta.

I personally think it may well be true .. pics posted online could have been older pics and he could be out of shape, though most players do gain weight as this is the offseason. What bothers me is that Mo was fairly quiet with little to no negativeity floating around any media sources. Then after his payday, boom here we go ... I can associate his being a non factor last year due to coming back from injury but if he's Richardson light in terms of attitude then we could have a problem. The report of him being talked to before his contract signing and now this .. really alarms me.
Not trusting Mehta, but Mo needs to come into tip top shape this year. A lot of fans have his back and I hope he delivers this year.
