On the one hand...I like that he admits that he has things he learned from last season...I also like that he mentions that the team must gain mental toughness...and finally the emphasis on competition & winning the spot. But where is the fire? He sounds like he's about to have a catheter put in....not about to evaluate players to help this team. Also...It's hard to believe this guy wants to win that badly by the lack of any game management from the sidelines. It almost seems like he's waiting for this team to actually have a decent roster before getting emotionally invested. Too bad he might not even last long enough to SEE the competitive roster.
