latest gfs gives us 2" overnight tuesday/wednesday and still keeping s in snow for feb 6. euro has the midweek event but not the next week. gfs has been king all year so far, no reason to doubt it now.
Brook dont worry it appears that these first 2 won't amount to much if at all,,could change but Tuesday looks well south of us and the next one to worry about is on or about the 7th but the computers are jumping back and forth . It has not been bad thus far and winter is almost done , I know the next 2 weeks look somewhat promising for snow but will believe it when I see it,,,,trends trends trends as the Jayster and others have said and so far the trend this winter has sucked------> for snow lovers

Looks like a couple inches for South Jersey. Hopefully it's nothing more and melts before the ride home. Not enough to worry about shoveling but it is supposed to go into the mid-20s tomorrow night so gotta worry about it icing over.
FJF , its been 2 years since we had any fun in the winter,,last year sucked , yes we had that one big storm but that was it and it was gone pretty fast ! Wanted to take the kids local a bunch of times this year but conditions suck and are non existent,,,,I hope your optimism is on the money but AS MUCH AS I enjoy seeing the models see something or say snow, I am more of a show me guy lately as its almost done brother . February hopefully is our month but these models are back and forth with the long range temps ,so we might only have 2 more weeks to be hopeful . I want Brook to break in his snow blower and hell CMAN might as well return his I think he used it twice ,,,lets see
OK I am in off the ledge,,,the glass is half full. Euro says no storm next Monday , GFS says big storm , now we just have to see if either one has it right.
you got it fred mertz. however this latest run was out of left field compared to what has been there. i am dismissing that one for now. euro finally has come around to at least agreeing that a system will cut through the center of the country in the same time frame so some agreeance has started. tomorrow dusting to 2" for most of us starting in the late morning/early afternoon. evening rush could be a problem and roads will be freezing as temps drop tonight in to the teens/low 20s. february is our month!

I saw that latest run and YUCK ,,,I will gladly dismiss it---my buddy just called me with Islander tickets for Tomorrow and Im going , hope the roads are okey dokey,,,stay on top of all this weather geeks ,start doing the snow dance people ! That would be the highlight of the year for me Hey CBG I got gas at home for lawn mower. I should be good. I got over 3 gallons at the moment. I also have oil in case I will need it. Fingers crossed. February 7th is the day it will arrive.

You guys don't know the bad luck of Brook. Wait for it. Exactly on February 7 there will be a huge snow storm. My snow blower will be delayed. I will shovel all the snow and 2 days later the snow blower will show up. Rest of this winter there will be no more snow. And next winter will be the warmest winter in the books. Just watch it.
