hrrr shows snow past midnight. this thing is going to go on a while for the coast at least. inland might wrap up earlier. maybe 10ish? i just hit an inch here, could get 2 more radar showing south jersey ending around 6 tonite, i might have been wrong telling @Greenday4537 to take the over. storm wobbled east a bit

moving faster, i should be out of snow by 9. been snowing for a while but only managed 2" so far. long island should be the high mark for ny. the eastern tip will stay in it for a while.

Can you be kind enough to go on Home Depots website and pick a snow blower that is LOW MAINTENANCE in terms of a noob like me and post the link here? Brook, I have the 24" deluxe but the other 24" should fit your needs. The electric start is pretty convient as all you need to do is plug it up and get it started as opposed to pull string. It should work on pull string as well. Go with either one under $1k and I think you'll be in good shape. Let me know what you decide..
18 degrees and mebbe 2-3 inches in Bethel. This is what passes for a blizzard around here these days.
right at 2" for me and stopping. long island still getting it. brutal cold tonite and tomorrow nite. warms up wednesday with a snow to rain event that should make everything nice and sloppy. above average temps to start next weekend and then a potential rain to snow event late saturday night to sunday. or there abouts. some potential in that storm, will be watching closely. stay warm everyone. brook, i hope you buy that snow blower soon. nothing sends the storms away from you like a brand new snow blower.

we could have if we can get the temps right. that has killed us on a couple of good storms. now the gfs has 3 storms on the next 15 day run but temps are going to kill at least 2 of them. good news is this one got us something, that helps going forward. February could be good to us
Never settle Brook. You want the deluxe? Get the deluxe! If I'm reading these forecasts right, you got time to just order it online and have it delivered to your house. Keep in mind the Deluxe is a heavy bitch so unless you got an SVU with a trailer hitch or a buddy with a pickup truck, have it drop shipped to your home.
I looked up the dimensions and it won't to our car. I will have it shipped. I hope there isn't any assembly required. I am terrible at those things.
About six inches final here. Pain in the ass at most. Wife still went out and did stuff. I waited til the snow stopped around 7pm then ran out and shoveled my driveway and sidewalk. Hopefully with the warm weather starting Tuesday, the roads will be completely clear after a day or two.
