I just checked my points on my 2 seats and saw my second seat was not credited for the last game. I have a red X in the box and no points for that game. That is my sons seat and he was standing right next to me and swiped his card right after me and the lady waved us both in. I sent an email to let them know this was a mistake on their end. Has anyone ever had that happen to them where they went to a game but it did not show that they did on the rewards sight? If so, were you able to get it resolved? I'm not even really caring about the points so much as I am the 10 game pin and whatever else you get for the 10 game attendance. We have not missed a game since the whole rewards program. This last one was a tough one to force ourselves to go to but we did and would at least like credit for it.
So my card went dead a few weeks ago and they waved me through prob cause they don't give a shit and I called one of the season ticket reps and it was resolved like 2 weeks later.
Yep it happened to me the first year we got cards. I complained and they eventually resolved it. I think what happens is you have to wait till the green light turns off before you stick your card in. Otherwise it doesn't register. If you stick it in before you don't always realize it hasn't been scanned. Pretty dumb design. Sent from my Nexus 5X using Tapatalk
Yes it happened to me. I told them and they said I was out of luck. There s no proof I attended the game. But I was credited about four weeks later and given a thousand extra points . Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
I guess I will call them tomorrow. A problem I really don't feel like dealing with after such a crappy year. I have to convince them I went to the last game after the shit show they put on the field all season. I'm in bizarro world!! We should all be getting cards of gratitude for showing up!
Survey code: drop17 And one of the highlights ... a question on satisfaction of arrival for the last game I attended (Dolphins) and comments as to how to improve: When you have all day to clear 2 inches of snow, do it and open the gates on time. After being more than 30 minutes late opening, have all the parking lots cleared and don't tell us that our normal spot cannot be parked in because you couldn't do your job efficiently.
