His problem is that his understanding of football is stuck in the 1970s. He seems to always hire coaches who think that this is a run-first league, so they pick up QBs who are only good at handing the ball off, and they get the biggest, fattest linemen to stuff the running holes. Sheldon is beyond blaming coaches. It's one thing for coaches to get the best out of professional athletes. It's another when boys in men's bodies are paid and asked to act like adults. Welp, at this point you can only keep his dumb ass or Mo "I quit" Wilkerson. They paid Mr. quit so Sheldon will get traded for cracker jacks, find God, be a pro bowler for the rest of his career. He's a Rex player along with Wilk, Revis, Pryor etc. Notice how these guys act vs the pre and post Rex guys?
