How can you know Petty isn't the answer? Brady wouldn't be the answer with this OL! At least Petty has heart - well, if it wasn't squeezed out of his chest on that last hit. There is no way to evaluate Petty, or anyone else with this travesty of poor coaching and "supporting" personnel. What a mess! Even Woody couldn't stand the stench.
When guys say stuff like that in the OP you know they only watch the ball, and believe most of the jibber-jabber that comes from the announcers. And they have no idea about the unmitigated chaos raging around Petty. Or any other QB unfortunate enough to be in that position.
