That two-year extension lasted a total of 8 days.

Well the father of the team's COO (who is Fisher's agent) still got paid. I'm glad the team kept him around just long enough to tie the NFL record for most losses by an HC. In a season he beat the Jets. Sign this beast.

Guess he was right. He wasn't goin 7-9 this year.

Pretty bad when your agents dad is the COO and you get canned mid season on a Monday before a Thursday game.

I would say a little more happened behind the scenes to make them can him now.!Maybe a bad fight with the owner a la chip Kelly.

All I can say is LMFAO.

"Hey Fish we like you so much we'll give you an extension"
    "Hey Fish about that extension"

LOL.... wait.... no... Oh God now he's free to become the next NY Jets head coach.

    Such a gem...

Fisher's revenge is finally complete. After coming 1 yard short as the Titans coach vs the Rams in Superbowl XXXIV he hatched the ultimate plot for vengeance. Step 1. Get hired as HC by the Rams. Step 2. Immerse the franchise in yearly mediocrity being neither good enough to make the playoffs or bad enough to get canned. Step 3. Wait for a overrated bust of a QB who only won 30% of his games in college to be the #1 draft prospect. Step 4. Cripple the franchise for years to come by trading an unprecedented number of high draft picks for said prospect........TO THE TENNESSEE TITANS!!!!!

Wow that sure would be interesting!!! He would go from worshiped to hated in Michigan but that would be one ballsy move I could see Harbaugh of all people taking

I cannot see Harbaugh working for a toolbag in Stan Kroenke.
